Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before applying. By submitting an application, you agree to the following conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be an Indian national above 18 years of age.
- Must hold a valid offer/admission letter from a recognised international university.
- Active visa application must be ongoing or imminent.
- A creditworthy co-applicant (parent/guardian) is mandatory.
- Minimum credit score: 700 (co-applicant/guarantor).
- No existing loan default on any banking record.
Documents Required
- Valid passport of student and co-applicant.
- University admission/offer letter (original).
- Visa appointment confirmation.
- Last 6 months bank statements (student & co-applicant).
- Income proof of co-applicant (ITR for 2 years).
- Aadhaar card & PAN card of all parties.
- Collateral documents (if loan amount > ₹10 Lakh).
Loan Terms
- Maximum loan amount: ₹45,00,000 (Forty-Five Lakh INR).
- Tenure: 1 to 3 months only (no extension without written approval).
- Repayment mode: Bullet repayment at end of tenure.
- Interest: 18% per annum (simple interest).
- Processing fee: 2% non-refundable, deducted at disbursal.
- Prepayment allowed with 1% prepayment penalty.
Conditions of Use
- Funds must be maintained in the applicant's account for visa proof only.
- Funds must not be withdrawn or transferred during visa processing period.
- KALINGAEURO Capital may request bank statements to verify compliance.
- Misuse of visa fund will result in immediate recall of entire loan.
- Loan is sanctioned at the sole discretion of KALINGAEURO Capital.
Repayment & Default
- Repayment due on or before end of agreed tenure date.
- Late payment penalty: 2% per month on overdue amount.
- Default after 30 days will be reported to credit bureaus (CIBIL).
- Legal proceedings may be initiated for wilful default.
- Collateral may be invoked in case of default > 60 days.
Privacy & Disclosure
- All data collected is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Personal data is never sold to third parties without consent.
- KALINGAEURO Capital may share data with co-lending partners for processing.
- Loan approval details remain confidential between parties.
- Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar courts, Odisha.
